GENERAL MOTORS BLUE OCEAN VEHICLE FACTORY

(St. Petersburg, Russia)

The plant, located in St. Petersburg-Russian Federation, is a General Motors investment with a production capacity of 80,000 cars per year. The factory is constructed on a 391,000 sqm land plot and has a covered area of 72,000 sqm. The plant has 4 major process shops and 2,800 sqm of Administration Building.

The facility was completed in 17 months and handed over in September 2008.

TOYOTA VEHICLE ASSEMBLY COMPLEX

(St. Petersburg, Russia)

The plant is located in St. Petersburg, in Russia. With a production capacity of 50,000 cars per year, it is one of the biggest Toyota factories in Europe. The factory is constructed on a 214,000 sqm land plot and has a covered area of 57,000 sqm. The plant has four major process shops of 12,000 sqm each, a 5,000 sqm utility shop and a 4,000 sqm of Administration Building. The weak soil conditions and the high underground water table made it necessary to use deep bored piles and sheet piling techniques for structures such as sludge pools and booth pits. The plant was completed and handed over in August, 2007.
The major process shops include a paint shop, a general assembly shop, a body shop and a production control shop. All shops are single story buildings. The plant has a 50,000 sqm of new cars shipping yard and a 27,000 sqm of container yard.

MAKHACHKALA GLASS FACTORY

(Dagestan, Russia)

The glass factory project was taken place in Dagestan, Russia. The construction was commenced on 2010 and it was completed on 2013 as it was planned.
Total construction site of the project was 110,000 square meter.

HOUBARA BIRD FUND FACTORY

(Shymkent, Kazakhistan)

As Emir Engineering, static design, consultancy services, preparation of specifications and tender files, project cost and system analysis, shop-drawing and as-built solutions were provided within the scope of the project.

BALPARMAK NUTRITION FACTORY

(Istanbul, Turkey)

The industrial building was designed to be 15,800 square meter by Nevzat Sayin Architectural firm and it was opened on 2015.

The contractor company was Nida Insaat.

PHARMACTIVE MEDICINE FACTORY

(Istanbul, Turkey)

The industrial building was designed to be 38,000 square meter by Nevzat Sayin Architectural firm and it was opened on 2014.

The contractor company was Folkart.

TURKMENISTAN FOLKESTON TEXTILE COMPLEX

(Ashgabad, Turkmenistan)

The project was constructed in Ashkabat, Turkmenistan. Total construction site was 100,000 square meter.

Jet grout application has been applied to improve the site’s ground values. Also, piling system was used under the foundation. Truss height is 12 meter. While the columns are built to be in concrete, the roof was designed and built in steel.
