Nef Bahçelievler project is 44 thousand 326 m. It is built on a square meter plot. In the project, which consists of 903 residences in 10 blocks, the blocks were designed as 6 to 20 floors.
NIDYA TOWER
(Istanbul, Turkey)
There are 422 flats in the project, which consists of a 43-storey tower and two blocks of 4 and 8 floors. In addition to the flats, the project also includes 11 offices and 68 shops. The construction area of the project is 75 thousand 943 square meters.
NIDAPARK
(Istanbul, Turkey)
The Project is located in the European side of the city of Istanbul. It is located near the new airport of Istanbul, as well as the third bridge that crosses the Bosphorus. The Project includes a shopping mall, residences, and Office spaces. The Project will be completed in the second quarter of 2018.
KOZAPARK
(Istanbul, Turkey)
Tower blocks consist of 4 underground floors, 1 ground floor, and 43 regular floors, which makes it up to 48 floors total. The long side of the building is 97.1 meter, and the short side of the building is 43.2 meter. Even though not every floor has the same story height, the average is 3.2 meter. Total height of the building is 160 meter from the foundation.
BODRUM LOFT

In Torba, a village at the Aegean cost, in the sloping topography of more than 50%, 38 long-term residence units, mostly duplex villas, all flexible and dividable, with 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms. Aiming to create progressive adoptable spaces, life around a courtyard, living outdoors has been the focus. A “house complex” is made up of several masses connected to each other. The patios link all units and people. Wherever possible, the topography is benefited and the units are embedded in the terrain.
