KUNTSEVO SHOPPING MALL
(Kuntsevo, Russia)
This shopping mall was the first Project in Moscow after Koç Company and ENKA Company decided to invest in Moscow. The shopping mall was designed in the intersections of Yartsevskaya-Orşhanskaya-Partizanskaya avenues, (in Kuntsevo), and it owns a Ramstore and 45 different stores. This shopping mall was the first shopping mall to build in Moscow under international standards.
Kuntsevo Shopping mall is close to downtown, and it has 415 parking capacity. For easier transportation, entrance was provided from Yartsevskaya Avenue, and the exit was provided from Partizanskaya Avenue.
Since this type of project was the first one in Russian standarts, these new application standards were added to Russian Structural Standards (snip). The institute whom in charge of application of this project gained experience from this shopping mall project.
MARINOY - ROSHI SHOPPING MALL
(Moscow, Russia)
The Marinoy – Roshi Ramstore is located in downtown of Moscow, Şeremetyevskaya Avenue, and it’s on the top of Ostankino Television axis. To get better and faster transportation, the entrance was given from the Şeremetyeyskaya Avenue, and the exits were given from the Vetkina Avenue.
The Marinoy – Roshi Ramstore was planned as 3 floors. The ground floor has a 12.089 m2 (130,000 sq-ft) Ramstore. In addition to that, the mall includes 85 different stores, and 4 cinema theaters. For elderlies, children and handicapped people, there are elevators are located in the building.

RAMSTORE SHOPPING MALL
(Vernadskovo, Russia)
Located on Vernadskovo Avenue, Ramstore “Capitol” is one of Moscow's largest trade centers. The total gross area of the trade center is 132,000 sqm, including the hypermarket with an area of 12,700 sqm (136,700 sq-ft) and the shops with an area of 46,200 sqm. The two storey underground car park has a 1,200 car capacity and an area of 41,000 sqm (441,000 sq-ft) and the center encompasses a class “A” business center with a total area of 18,000 sqm (193,750 sq-ft).
As well as providing a comfortable shopping experience, the new “Ramstore” trade center offers its customers many welcome recreational opportunities, such as a 14,100 sqm (151,700 sq-ft) entertainment center with billiards and bowling areas, a playground, a fitness center and a multiplex cinema with eight theatres. The center also features a large food court with nine fast-food operators and cafes and seven a-la-carte restaurants.
The shopping center and the mall opened in December 2006, after a 19 month construction period.

RAMSTORE KASHIRSKAYA SHOPPING MALL
(Kashirsky, Russia)
The Kashirsky Ramstore Shopping Mall is located in the south of Moscow, and in the corner of Shipilovsky Avenue. The Kashirsky Ramstore opened their doors to public in November, 2000. The shopping mall is 29.763 m2, and there is 13.528 m2 hypermarket, which is Ramstore, located in the ground floor.
This shopping center is one of its kinds so that it was a good example for the future projects. The entrances are from both Kashirsky and Shipilovsky avenues, and it has 700 parking capacity. The shopping mall is 3 floors and there are hypermarkets, stores, cafeterias located. The general plan is that the ground floor is the hypermarket, first floor is the stores, and the third floor is where restaurants and cinema located.

MIGROS BEYLIKDUZU SHOPPING CENTER
(Istanbul, Turkey)
The Migros Beylikduzu Shopping Mall is located near the E-5 highway, Haramidere. The transportation plan includes the connection roads from E-5 highway, and the shopping mall has a parking capacity of 1080 vehicle.
The Migros Beylikduzu was the biggest Migros hypermarket in Istanbul for 10 years. 3 floor shopping mall has; home concept and a Migros store is located at lower ground floor, there are hypermarket and many other stores are located in ground floor, and in the first floor there are 5 cinema theatre, restaurants, and stores for kids.
The shopping mall is designed for to help out urbanization process. In this plan, The Migros Beylikduzu is the first hypermarket and shopping mall which helped out the process of urbanization. The Shopping mall has three main entrances which are an entrance from parking floor, an entrance from the hypermarket, and an entrance from the main facade.

MIGROS ANKARA GIMAT SHOPPING MALL
(Ankara, Turkey)
The Migros Ankara Shopping Mall is located in the downtown of Ankara. The parking capacity of the shopping mall is 2000 vehicle. In the upper ground floor, there is 10.000 m2 landscape place for open space area. The Migros Ankara has 14.440 m2 construction site, which was one of the biggest Migros in Turkey.
The shopping mall has 10 cinema theatres, and one of them is 3-D IMAX theatre. Moreover, there is a saloon for 474 people where they can see a drama, opera, ballet, kid’s theatre, concert, and that saloon is one of the best examples of acoustic engineering. In addition to those, there are view terraces on the top floor for the better view. The shopping mall is open to public in September, 1999.
MIGROS ANTALYA ARAPSUYU SHOPPING MALL
(Antalya, Turkey)
Building site is located in the west of Antalya, 100.YIL Boulevard, and its 85.000 m2 nearby of The Shopping Mall Antalya, there are Glass Pyramid Arts Center, high rise touristic hotels, residential estates, and an amusement park is located. According to Antalya building regulations, the building is 11 meter (36 feet) high, and the construction site is 50.000 m2. The elevation difference between the south and the north is 3.5 meter (11 feet). Accordingly, the basement floor became the lower ground floor.
The frame of the shopping mall is related to the hotels and other buildings frames. The basement floor is limited to 13.000 m2 (140,000 sq-ft). The Shopping Mall also includes 1200 vehicle parking space.
The two sides of the basement entrance have small pools and cascades.
In the basement floor, where hypermarket is located, there are also 8 movie theatre and fast food restaurants located. To get aspects of the Mediterrean Sea and Beydağ mountains, the seat chart designed specifically. Above the basement, the three floors have 96 different stores.
The beams and the columns of the bearing system were shedded in the construction site. Except the spaces between the beams, and the frame flooring, the rest of the concrete is prefabricated flooring elements. The frame of the shopping mall is all steel. The axis of the bearing system is 10 x 10 meter. The space of the axis in the hypermarket is 10 x 20 meter. The beams of the frame are circular spaced steels. These beams are located in the concrete with a special head gear.
This structure is an example of a quality work between the contractor, architecture, project management and the structural engineering firms. The static project’s author was there until the last day at construction site whenever they were needed. The economic results and the quality of the construction was very high in a result of modern synergy between the companies.
RAMSTORE BALYEAVA SHOPPING MALL
(Moscow, Russia)
The building is designed for both shopping mall and business center, and it is located in Balyeava, Moscow. The structure has 4 different blocks. The A block has 3 basement, and 5 floor, overall it is 8 floor. The B1 and C blocks are 5 floors, and B2 block has 6 floors. This building has restaurants, movie theatres, and fast-food restaurants at the top floors. Static system has designed with 13 x 13 meter axis.
ZIRVEKENT 365 SHOPPING MALL
(Ankara, Turkey)
The Zirvekent Shopping mall is located in the downtown of Zirvekent-Ankara. The criterion of this plan was to help out the process of commerce and social needs of public. The construction area is located in the open space area; therefore the design had to be integrated. The Shopping Mall has two basement floors, and two floors of hypermarket, stores, and restaurants. On the top floor, there are fast food units where they serve in the terrace of the buildings.1
ANTALYA CITY HALL & ARTS & BUSINESS CENTER & SHOPPING MALL
(Antalya, Turkey)
The structure had been build in the process of urban transformation, and it is located in the intersections of 100.YIL Boulevard, Kazım Ozalp Avenue, and Fahrettin Altay Avenue, which are very crowded in commercially. The structure took attention since it is located near Antalya Castle. The business center and the shopping mall has 3.500 m2. open space area. According to the urban development regulations, the intersections of 100.YIL Boulevard and Kazım Ozalp Boulevard will be closed to vehicle traffic, and there will be only subway and pedestrian traffic.
The basement is seven floors and the first four floors will be used for to warehouse the cars, 5th floor will be car deliveries and the last floor will be used for car allowance. The business center has 9 floors, and it is located in the core-center of the shopping mall. The overall construction site is 178.000 m2 and the 57.000 m2 is open for public to rent places/offices. The world’s biggest automatic parking place is here, and the capacity is 2600 vehicles. In this system, the driver leaves his/her car at certain floor, and the car will be parked without any driver. And when the driver comes to pick up the car, it will be delivered in 90 seconds-which saves a lot of time in no traffic. The Structure was ready to use-and for public in 2009.

ISPARTA COMMERCE & CULTURE CENTER
(Isparta, Turkey)
The Isparta Commerce and Culture Center was built in the downtown and it is 51.000 m2. The Center will serve to over 400.000 people of Isparta, and other neighbor cities. The building is located in one of the most crowded avenues in Isparta.
This commerce and culture center has 3 different concepts, and it has shopping mall, student dormitory, private establishments preparing students for various exams, mosque, activity space, ball room, movie theatres, car parking, hypermarket, stores, restaurants, and gym. The project was open to public in 2010.

MAMYR SHOPPING MALL
(Almaty, Kazakhistan)
The Shopping Mall is located near the residence area and the highway. The entrances are located in 3 sections, the first entrance is from the residence area, the second one is from the highway, and the last one is in the corner of the structure.
RAMSTORE UDELNI PARK SHOPPING MALL
(St. Petersburg, Russia)
The Ramstore Udelni Park Shopping Mall is located in St. Petersburg. The building had been designed for 3 floors in 25.000 square meters area. The Shopping Mall had been opened to public in September 2005 with an total area of 39000 square meters. With these type of characteristics, the shopping mall had become one of the crowdest social places in St. Petersburg.
The Udelni Park Ramstore Shopping Mall building had given an award from the ‘’Commercial Real Estate’’ for the best shopping mall in March 31, 2006 from the St. Petersburg Ethnography Museum.
The building, which is one of a kind in all shopping malls and has an award called ‘’Golden Brick’’, is designed by Turkish architectures, and civil engineers.
