ISMAIL HAKKI TONGUC PARK INDOOR SWIMMING POOL
AQUATIC CENTER
(Gozo, Malta)
The most difficult aspect of this project was that the construction was under and adjacent to an existing building. In addition, another important point was the shoring work.
Except for the roof of the pool area made of steel beams, the Gozo building is designed as reinforced concrete. Other notable steelwork is the large skylight above the climbing wall.
