KOCTAS KARTAL DIY MARKET 

(Istanbul, Turkey)

Koçtaş has decided to renew their concept of buildings after they got a partnership from Britain, B & Q DYI stores. According to this new decision, they went to England to see the technical details of the buildings, and decided the projects that we have now.
Firstly, the building in Kartal, Istanbul renewed and became a new DYI store concept. The project has a 10.537 meter square indoor space and in it; there are ‘’Green House, Green Yard, and Garden Center’’ located. The main concept is ‘’soft concept’’. The structural systems are steel column, truss. The ground consolidated against to liquefaction with 80 jet grout columns.

KOCTAS IZMIR DIY MARKET

(Izmir, Turkey)

The Koçtaş is the first corporation of Koç Holding Company. The Company is the first Turkish DYI markets.
The Koçtaş Izmir DYI market is designed in 1998, and opened to public. It’s located in the highway of Balçova, Izmir – Çeşme. In addition to that, it is the first international DYI markets opened in Izmir.

(Antalya, Turkey)

The Koçtaş is the first corporation of Koç Holding Company. The Company is the first Turkish DYI markets.
The Koçtaş Antalya DYI market is designed in 1998, and opened to public. It’s on the highway of Airport, and it’s the first international DYI market in the Antalya area.
