In Torba, a village at the Aegean cost,  in the sloping topography of more than 50%, 38 long-term residence units, mostly duplex villas, all flexible and dividable, with 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms.  Aiming to create progressive adoptable spaces, life around a courtyard, living outdoors has been the focus. A “house complex” is made up of several masses connected to each other. The patios link all units and people. Wherever possible, the topography is benefited and the units are embedded in the terrain.
