ISTANBUL TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY CENTER BUILDING

(Istanbul, Turkey)

Istanbul Technical University (ITU) Maslak Campus Center Building has a 2500 meter square floor area, which consists total of 9200 meter square area. The building includes 1 ground floor and 4 upper floors made of steel. The main reasons behind the usage of steel were: construction process, earthquake, bigger span in between the columns to create bigger space. The regular floor’s story height is 3.6 meter, but the ground floor where cafeteria is located has a story height of 4 meter.

The building has 12 amphitheaters which serves 1700 students in total. By using steel in the structure system, bigger open spaces were created.

ISTANBUL TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY STUDENT CENTER

This building is designed for the Istanbul Technical Universiy (ITU) Maslak Campus as a Student Center. The building consists of 7500 square meter closed area, where 400 students can dine, use the cafeteria, and the student center at the same time.

OZYEGIN UNIVERSITY - ALEMDAG CAMPUS

(Istanbul, Turkey)

Ozyegin is a new university designed with the distinctive mission of educating a new group of students – a cohort of entrepreneurs. RMJM’s design for the project includes a masterplan for the entire campus, a student center, athletic center, residential housing and an engineering building.


Ozyegin required architecture which represents its values of efficiency, cost-effectiveness, flexibility, sustainability, accessibility and manageability. The new campus is a lively, functional place with a stimulating, attractive, and professional design while embracing a 21st century learning experience.

Husnu M. OZYEGIN FOUNDATION AYSEN OZYEGIN STUDENT DORMITORY

(Mus, Turkey)

In Muş, Turkey a capacity of 150 beds in 2.089 m², and in downtown of Muş, Turkey a capacity of 214 beds in 1.900 m² spaced area. In Bingöl, Turkey a capacity of 150 bed in 2.158 m². In Artvin, Turkey a capacity of 100 beds in 1.318 m². In Espiye-Giresun, Turkey a capacity of 100 beds in 1.332 m². In Erciş-Van, Turkey a capacity of 214 beds in 1.900 m². In Bitlis, Turkey a capacity of 214 beds in 1.900 m². In Amasya, Turkey a capacity of 214 beds in 2.200 m².

Husnu M. OZYEGIN FOUNDATION OYA SENER STUDENT DORMITORY

(Yozgat, Turkey)

In Yozgat, Turkey a dormitory build with the capacity of 150 beds in 1.875 m2. with the computer rooms, kitchen, study rooms, children rooms. This complex building is specificly designed for the needs of the students.

HÜSNÜ M. ÖZYEĞİN FOUNDATION DURİYE NEŞ’E STUDENT DORMITORY

(Batman, Turkey)

The dormitory was completed and opened to public in 2006, Batman. Our company had supported the structural projects in this specific project. The dormitory was structured in 1.670 meter square, and with the bed capacity of 100.

HÜSNÜ M.ÖZYEĞİN FOUNDATION DR.CAVİT ÖZYEĞİN ELEMANTARY SCHOOL

(Sanliurfa, Turkey)

The school built in the downtown of Şanlıurfa. The construction site was 5.654 meter square which contains 36 clasrooms, labs, social places, info-knowledge clasrooms.

HÜSNÜ M.ÖZYEĞİN FOUNDATION M.AKİF ERSOY ELEMANTARY SCHOOL SIDE BUILDING

(Agri, Turkey)

Because of the extra needs, in 2005 and 2007, 2 side buildings added to the school to reach 23 classroom capacities. The first building was planned, in 2005, 789 meter square and it includes 8 classrooms, 1 computer room, and 1 administrative section. In 2007, the second side building was structured which includes 8 classrooms, library, computer room, and administrative sections in 1.096 meter square.

HÜSNÜ M. ÖZYEĞİN FOUNDATION ELEMANTARY SCHOOLS

(Agri, Igdir, Van, Turkey)

In the Doğubeyazıt, county of Ağrı, in the Erciş, county of Van, and in the downtown of Iğdır, there were three schools built with each 2.887 meter square spaced areas. Each one includes 16 classroom, science labs, language labs, info-technology classrooms, library, kindergarten, administrative sections and social sections.

HÜSNÜ M. ÖZYEĞİN FOUNDATION SULTANBEYLİ HIGH SCHOOL

(Istanbul, Turkey)

The high school was built in the Sultanbeyli, county of Istanbul within 5.048 meter square. The building has 32 classrooms, administrative sections, library, multi-use saloon, computer room, and labs.

(Istanbul & Kars, Turkey)

The schools built in the downtown of Kars, and in the county of Istanbul, Büyükçekmece-Tepecik. Both schools have 16 classroom, library, administrative sections, computer room, and labs.
